Babbel Powder ZERO non-alcoholic

Ingredients

• 1 loafBaguette
• 200 gGorgonzola Dolce
• 2 piecesripe pears
• 50 gwalnut kernels
• 2 tbspforest honey
• 20 gbutter
• 1 tbsplemon juice
• 4 sprigsfresh thyme

Preparation

1. 1Slice the baguette into pieces approximately 1.5 cm thick.
2. 2Heat the butter in a pan and toast the bread slices on both sides until golden brown.
3. 3Wash the pears, remove the cores, cut them into fine wedges, and immediately drizzle with lemon juice.
4. 4Break the Gorgonzola into small pieces and distribute them over the still-warm baguette slices.
5. 5Arrange the pear wedges decoratively on top of the cheese.
6. 6Toast the walnut kernels in a dry pan, chop them coarsely, and sprinkle over the crostini.
7. 7Finally, drizzle with honey and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
