Babbel Powder – Sparkling Wine

Ingredients

• 250 gRipe Camembert
• 100 gCream cheese (full-fat)
• 50 gSoft butter
• 1 pieceSmall onion
• 1 tspSweet paprika powder
• 0,5 tspCaraway seeds, ground
• 0,5 pinchSalt
• 0,5 pinchPepper
• 1 pieceFlatbread
• 1 bunchRadishes
• 0,5 bunchFresh chives

Preparation

1. 1Cut the Camembert into small cubes or mash it finely in a bowl with a fork.
2. 2Add the cream cheese and soft butter, and mix until the consistency is smooth and creamy.
3. 3Peel the onion, dice it very finely, and fold it into the cheese mixture.
4. 4Season the mixture well with paprika, caraway, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. 5Wash the radishes and slice them into very thin rounds. Finely chop the chives.
6. 6Briefly toast the flatbread if desired and cut into bite-sized triangles or strips.
7. 7Spread the Obatzda generously over the bread pieces, top with radish slices, and garnish with chives.
