2024 Sauvignon Blanc – dry, Qualitätswein

Ingredients

• 1 pieceBaguette
• 200 gGoat cheese log
• 2 tbspLiquid honey
• 2 tbspOlive oil
• 3 sprigsFresh thyme
• 0,5 pieceOrganic lemon (zest)
• 1 pinchBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) using top/bottom heat.
2. 2Slice the baguette into approximately 1.5 cm thick slices and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. 3Drizzle the bread slices evenly with olive oil.
4. 4Slice the goat cheese log and place one slice on top of each piece of bread.
5. 5Finely chop the thyme and sprinkle it over the cheese along with the honey and pepper.
6. 6Bake the appetizers in the oven for about 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese begins to melt slightly.
7. 7Sprinkle with fresh lemon zest before serving.
