Pinot Gris - dry, Quality Wine

Ingredients

• 12 piecesJumbo shrimp (peeled and deveined)
• 30 mlOlive oil
• 2 piecesGarlic cloves
• 0,5 tspOrganic lemon zest
• 1 tspLemon juice
• 100 gMayonnaise
• 1 tbspFresh parsley (chopped)
• 1 tbspFresh chives (chopped)
• 1 pinchSalt
• 1 pinchBlack pepper

Preparation

1. 1Rinse the shrimp under cold water, pat them thoroughly dry, and place them in a bowl.
2. 2Press one garlic clove and mix with one tablespoon of olive oil and the lemon zest. Toss the shrimp in the mixture.
3. 3For the aioli, finely mince the second garlic clove and stir together with the mayonnaise, herbs, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
4. 4Thread the marinated shrimp onto wooden skewers, placing three shrimp on each skewer.
5. 5Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan over high heat and fry the skewers for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
6. 6Arrange the hot shrimp skewers decoratively on plates and serve immediately with the cool herb aioli.
