Portugieser Red Wine - semi-sweet, Quality Wine

Ingredients

• 2 piecesCamembert (125g each)
• 50 gall-purpose flour
• 1 pieceegg (size M)
• 100 gbreadcrumbs
• 100 mlvegetable oil for frying
• 4 tbspcranberry preserve
• 1 sprigfresh parsley

Preparation

1. 1Prepare three shallow bowls for the breading station: one with flour, one with the beaten egg, and one with the breadcrumbs.
2. 2Coat the Camemberts one by one: first in the flour, then dip in the egg, and finally press firmly into the breadcrumbs.
3. 3For an extra-thick crust, repeat the egg and breadcrumb process a second time.
4. 4Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. 5Fry the Camembert for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese inside has softened.
6. 6Carefully remove the cheese from the pan and let it drain briefly on paper towels.
7. 7Serve the warm cheese on plates, add a dollop of cranberry preserve on the side, and garnish with parsley.
