Schwarzriesling - dry, Niefernheimer Apotheker, Qualitätswein aged in barriques

Ingredients

• 200 gAged Mountain Cheese (matured at least 12 months)
• 4 slicesDark walnut bread
• 40 gFig mustard
• 20 gWalnut kernels
• 10 gDried cranberries

Preparation

1. 1Cut the dark walnut bread into even, bite-sized slices or triangles.
2. 2Divide the aged mountain cheese into approximately 1 cm thick slices or rustic cubes.
3. 3Spread a little fig mustard evenly over the pieces of bread.
4. 4Arrange the cheese on the bread and garnish each with half a walnut.
5. 5Finally, sprinkle a few dried cranberries over the canapés.
